The Southcrest Homeowners' Association (HOA) represents a
neighborhood of 191 homes located
in the southern part of Derby, Kansas.

Southcrest homeowners benefit from several amenities
including walking paths with pause points, a private Lake, outdoor children’s playground, basketball court, as well as a community pool and pavilion which can be reserved for private events.


Southcrest HOA has sponsored neighborhood picnics, Christmas tours, and monthly meetings.
